Here are a few pictures of Mary and I on vacation. The first is last year at Big Sur. The next 3 are from last Monday and Tuesday of this week. We have our first view of the Grand Canyon and two pictures of Mary and I playing golf in Sedona, AZ.

Wow…the picture of the Grand Canyon looks great! Did you go to the area that has the observation platform?
Not only was it our first view, but may have actually been the best. No we weren’t anywhere near the platform. We were told that actually that area does not really have a lot of good views. It also is expensive as it is on an Indian reservation and you have to pay to get into that area and then pay again to go on the platform.
So how much more spectacular than Desd Horse Point (I think that is the name) in Utah?

It might be. I still don’t have a cable to download pictures directly from my camera. I have to put them on a disk at Walgreens first. Guess I should get a cable.
I think the cable would cost less than having Walgreens put them on a disk.
I would say the views at Canyonland National Park are very similiar. The one exception is the Grand Canyon is much much bigger.
